Tonya This expensive roll of ribbon had been opened. Seller had put a pin in it which left a visible hole in a $40 roll of ribbon. Also, the white area was very, very dirty. It appeares to have been a store display or a returned roll. I have ordered from this shop often, never had a problem before. Very disappointed.
