Jen is one of the creative sparks behind Burlap and Bling Decor — bringing the magic, the designs, and the “oh my gosh, we need that” moments to life. ✨
As Owner, President, and Lead Designer, she creates stunning trees, wreaths, centerpieces, and seasonal décor with sparkle, style, and a whole lot of personality.
Her ribbon pairing skills? Untouchable. 🎀 Jen mixes colors, patterns, textures, and bling like nobody else, turning every design into something fun, full, and fabulous.
She also helps curate and buy products, creates tutorials, supports customer relations, and jumps in wherever the sparkle is needed.
And of course, she is our social media model, actress, and official “make it look fun” girl — bringing creativity, confidence, and Burlap and Bling magic to everything she touches.

She curates and buys the products customers love, writes newsletters and blogs, supports the creative direction of the brand, helps design seasonal décor, and jumps in wherever she is needed.
Stacey is also the bridge between the front and back of the business — connecting the creative vision, customer experience, team communication, product buying, problem solving, and behind-the-scenes magic.
If Jen dreams it up, Stacey does her best to make it happen! From fixing hiccups to dreaming up the next beautiful collection, she helps keep the glitter wagon moving with sass, sparkle, strategy, and a whole lot of heart. 🎀✨
Alex Erwin - Warehouse Manager Extraordinaire
Alex is the warehouse wizard behind the Burlap and Bling magic — keeping the glitter train moving from receiving to packing to shipping. ✨
He manages a big team, keeps products flowing, orders moving, and the behind-the-scenes chaos organized with glitter-powered hustle.
From pallets rolling in to pretties heading out the door, Alex helps make sure everything stays on track, the team stays motivated, and our customers get their fabulous goodies.
He is a huge part of keeping Burlap and Bling running smoothly, sparkling brightly, and fully glitterfied. 📦✨
Anastasia Kordas - Office Manager, HR & Customer Care
Anastasia is one of the newest members of the Burlap and Bling team, and she jumped right into the sparkle, sass, and organized chaos. ✨
As our Office Manager and head of HR, she helps keep the team supported, organized, and moving in the right direction. She also lends a hand in customer service, making sure our fabulous customers are cared for with kindness and sparkle.
And when market time rolls around, Anastasia is right there helping us shop, plan, organize, and hunt down all the pretties. 🛍️🎀
She brings fresh energy, a helpful heart, and a little extra magic to the Burlap and Bling family.
Skye Amato - Social Media Manager
Skye is our Social Media Guru and the sparkle-powered magic maker behind the screen! She makes social media look easy… but trust us, there is a whole lot of glitter, hustle, creativity, and quick-thinking happening behind the scenes. She can pivot on a dime, make it all work seamlessly, and keep Burlap and Bling shining online with style, sass, and serious sparkle!

Erika is the behind-the-scenes tech queen keeping the Burlap and Bling website sparkling and the online chaos under control. ✨
From storefront updates and product details to tech hiccups and organization magic, she helps keep everything polished, easy to shop, and running smoothly.
She may not be pink and glittered from head to toe, but Halloween and Mardi Gras are her jam — and she brings her own festive flair to the team. 🎃💜💚💛

She helps support the warehouse team, keep things organized, and jump in wherever needed to make sure receiving, packing, and shipping stay on track.
Agustina also assists with our live sales, making sure we have what we need, when we need it. And when the sparkle gets busy, she is ready to jump in and moderate like a pro. 🎀

Dalia Ramirez - Receiving Manager

Dalia is our Receiving Manager and the fabulous force behind keeping those pallets moving! She checks in daily to see what is on the schedule, and when the trucks start rolling in, Dalia and her team are ready to make magic happen.
The truckers know the drill, too — Dalia keeps everyone moving, organized, and in line with just the right amount of sparkle and authority. She is truly a force to be reckoned with!
From unloading pallets to inspecting all the pretties — aka our products — Dalia and her team check everything in, make sure it is ready to go, and get it right onto the racks so the glitter train can keep rolling.

From ribbon and florals to signs, sprays, ornaments, and all the sparkle in between, they make sure each order is pulled with care, packed safely, and sent on its way. Allison keeps the fulfillment team organized, moving, and glitter-train ready so your pretties can head from our warehouse shelves straight to your doorstep!
