We do not accept returns except for damaged items so please order carefully.
Damaged items: If any of your items arrive damaged, please send an email to shipping@burlapandblingdecor.com within 30 days from the delivery date with photos of the products that were damaged as well as the boxes. We will either replace the item if still in stock or issue you a refund.
We do not refund due to forgotten coupon codes. When placing an order, we do not refund for shipping if placing multiple orders across to reach the $150 for free shipping. On the app, you are able to place additional orders that will not charge an additional shipping fee up until 11:59pm ET.
