We do not accept returns except for damaged items so please order carefully.
Damaged items: If any of your items arrive damaged please send an email to info@burlapandblingdecor.com with photos of the products that were damaged as well as the boxes. We will either replace the item if still in stock or issue you a refund.
We do not refund due to forgotten coupon codes. When placing an order, we do not refund for shipping if placing multiple orders across to reach the $125 for free shipping. On the app, you are able to place additional orders that will not charge an additional shipping fee up until 10am ET the following day.
