We do not accept returns except for damaged items so please order carefully.
Damaged items: If any of your items arrive damaged please send an email to info@burlapandblingdecor.com with photos of the products that were damaged as well as the boxes. We will either replace the item if still in stock or issue you a refund.
All requests for refunds due to forgotten coupon codes must be submitted within 48 hours of ordering. If the order was placed through the app or comment sold it will be issued via store credit.
