Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns at this time. However, in the event that you received a damaged item or items in your order, please reach out to us, and we will make it right. Please email us at shipping@burlapandblingdecor.com with photos of the damaged item(s) and photos of the box(es) it was shipped in. We will either replace the item(s) if they are still in stock, or issue you a refund. For more information about returns, please visit our page here.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not do exchanges at this time. However, if you happen to receive a damaged product(s), then we will replace the item(s) if they are still in stock. If they are not, you will receive a refund. For more information about exchanges, please visit our page here.

What happens if I need to cancel an order?

Order cancellations are charged a 15% cancellation fee.

Shipping

How long is the typical shipping time?

In most cases, orders are shipped within 2-3 days of receipt. The exception comes in peak season or when we have an influx of newly arriving merchandise. You can reach us for shipping updates at shipping@burlapandblingdecor.com.

How can I receive updates on shipping time?

We take pride in being very responsive. For shipping updates, you can email shipping@bulapandblingdecor.com. Delivery times are based on the day an order is shipped. For instance, 2-day shipping means two business days after the order departs. It does not mean two days from the date you placed the order. 

How are shipping costs calculated?

We calculate shipping prices based on weight and package size and offer the benefit of free shipping on orders over $125. The carrier will be chosen at our discretion. Once you place your order, changes cannot be made, and multiple orders are not always combined.

Promotions & Discounts

Can I apply more than one coupon or promotion to my order?

We only allow one promotion to be applied per order, and we cannot change the discount once it is used, so please take care when you place an order.
